I recommend watching episode 6 of season 1 of "Paranormal Lockdown" (Ghosthunters Nick Groff Katrina Weidman). They visited the haunted building that once was an orphanage and later a psychiatric ward and heared the footsteps of small children on the upper floor and voices of ghosts.
