Very uncuperative staff. Dont even know their basic procedures. Every year they irritate us for interest certificate, and the scenario is same with every branch. The contact number for the branch available online never works.

Very bad service, i had to wait 1 hour just to get 1 document and that too when 3-4 employees were free & roaming around, they just couldn't help. Pathetic!!
