What a great spot !!! One of the most visited parks in Washington state, this is a must stop. The views from the iconic bridge are stunning. From the northern end of the double bridge one can park and take a short, but steep walk down under the bridge. We saw a deer on the way down. The bridge was built in 1934-35 and perfectly fits in to the landscape.

A peaceful scenic area with sandy shores. Rocks to admire or climb on. Natural serenity at it's best... I enjoyed seeing the the birds, rabbits, seal, and more. If you are stressed, tired, or just need a break from your daily routine. I suggest coming out and enjoy hearing the crashing waves. Put your feet in the sand and admire the natural beauty around you. I visited at dusk and enjoyed the sun setting.

I only knock a star off because I feel like a little more might be done to maintain the park. It looks like there was some recent tree fall that may not have been addressed. There were a lot of people- especially surprising since it was a weekend in late November. This area is a popular destination for sure. The trail from the bridge to the beach below is even and well travelled. Social distancing is a challenge as people go up and down the same paths... But, hey... We're out of doors, right? The paths are swift and easily passable. Climbing back up is appropriately challenging: a subtle incline with a few steeper hikes. The bridge itself has zero distancing for passing others. It's a strip of concrete about 2 feet wide, elevated above the very active roadway. It's breathtaking in the good and the bad ways. This journey is very invigorating.

Amazing view and beautiful trails! It's a very well kept area and I always have a great time in the area. The bridge is super scary to walk on but it's still an amazing view.

Beautiful, well kept trails with the most amazing views of the blue water and a whole bunch of sea life (like seals and otters). One of my favourite hiking destinations because you get a bit of everything.
