I have been a patient of this facility for over 10 years. What was once a pleasant experience with patient care relationships at the forefront has become a cumbersome cattle call with rude desk personnel. I stopped visiting after numerous visits costing 1.2-2 hours of the day because of overbooking. What makes their time more valuable than mine? Now to add to my delight they will not release my records to the requesting facility I have moved to. The requesting facility was told their office form with MY signature on it was not sufficient and I would need to come into the office. Once again my time has no value. This office does not play well with others. They operate strictly within the rules they deem appropriate which does not seem to matter if all others within the industry participate or not. They think they are smarter than everyone else. Evidently they are not smart enough to realize when the rats are jumping ship.....
