Dr. Pacheco is absolutely amazing and so is the rest of the staff. They've gone above and beyond and done everything they can to help me. I thought I was a lost cause and I would be in victim and ultimately dead until I joined this practice. I highly recommend this facility to anyone that needs help. I can't say enough. They are truly a godsend, they care more than you could possibly imagine and if you give them a chance I promise you they won't disappoint. They meet you where you're at and work with you as a treatment team where your voice matters. I don't stick my reputation and my word just behind anyone. I have been through thousands of doctors that have dropped me and left me feeling hopeless and this is the first place that has truly changed my life. Please please please give them a chance and I assure you you won't be disappointed. You're worth it, and if you are as lost as I was what do you have to lose? It's just one appointment and I think you will be pleasantly surprised give them a chance and more importantly give YOURSELF a chance. It's possible to feel better again, not be a slave to your addiction and truly be happy. These people care in every possible way and we'll hold your hand as you recover. I promise!

My son received fast track opiate heroin detox over a year ago. The doctor and staff are amazing and understanding and patient. My son is still clean & living a full, happy, productive life. Every month is easier than the month before. I would highly recommend Compassionate Care.

UPDATE: I believe everything is taken care of now. Switching to 3 stars because I am glad that this is all taken care of. Hopefully we will not have these same issues in the future. UPDATE: After leaving this review they did call and get that referral through. So I am very appreciative of that. I am glad that this is being taken care of now he has surgery next week. 2 seconds away from contacting the Attorney Generals office. I have never in my life came across such a negligent primary care physician. I am convinced that the other reviews that they have are posted by the staff. First off they are ALWAYS closed. Even when they should be open, they are closed. They saw my boyfriend over a month ago for a serious issue that he needed referrals for and we still haven't been able to even get the name of the Doctors they are going to refer him to. He ended up having to go to the ER the other day to be seen because this is infected and affecting his health. He needs to see a surgeon to get this taken care of and its very frustrating that they aren't helping. The ER put him on antibiotics, which in my opinion the PCP should have done at his last appointment. This will hopefully keep the infection from spreading until he can see this surgeon. Monday he called to check on his referrals, they said they would call him back the next day because she wasn't in the office. NO CALL OF COURSE. I just called again to let them know this needs to be taken care of. They said the referral specialist would call me in 15 minutes. Well its been 25. Still no call. I doubt anyone will call. This has been going on for way too long. How can you just sit there and allow your patients to be in pain on a daily basis and not do anything to help, and still have the nerve to call yourselves COMPASSIONATE?

Is anybody going to update the fact they just closed their doors all of a sudden and haven’t said why? It’s cute how they are still listed as being opened.
