My partner used this company and felt problems were not being managed, but being passed onto her to the point she asked me to deal with the company on her behalf. The tenant claims that the standard of work carried out by their handyman was poor and had to remedied by herself. We were going to charged for remedial work after a boiler installation, in fact, after calling the plumber ourselves, he was more than happy to fix it himself at no charge. My partners property was dropped by the company due to estructuring\ giving her just weeks to arrange another agent.Annoyingly the tenant and her representative claimed they were informed that it was my partner who foreclosed on the agency, not true. We are hoping for a better experience with Peter Alan
