If you decide to make a purchase here, don't expect them to stand behind the product or to offer top notch customer service. I bought a Husqvarna chainsaw from them several months ago and have used it for approximately 20 hours. From the very beginning, the chain oiler was not working properly. I turned the oiler adjustment to the highest flow setting and cleaned the saw meticulously, but that didn't help. I finally took it back to them for warranty repair. The technician took the oiler apart and cleaned it inside and out and now the oiler produces more oil than it ever has, including when I first started the saw immediately after purchasing it. The problem is that they classified this fix as \maintenance\ instead of \warranty repair\ and I was charged a service fee. If this was a maintenance issue, which really means that the customer didn't keep the saw clean enough or take care of it properly, then why didn't the oiler work properly at the very beginning? Also, when I dropped the saw off for repair, they told me that they would call me once the issue is diagnosed to get approval for the fix. That never happened. I learned about the \maintenance\ fix only after it was completed and after calling them to follow up on the status of the repair. So, if you are willing to pay additional service fees to get your newly purchased equipment operating properly, and if you don't expect to get status updates on repairs, then go ahead and purchase your equipment here.
