Terrible night staff and handovers! Extremely unprofessional behaviour, when trying to deal with the very unhelpful General Manager. Left several messages and we've had no replies. They happily took our money and are now ignoring us, during our hour of need. Absolutely appalling!!

My sister is in solent grange she is only 50 and needs a lot of care I have visited the home for the last 3 days and am not happy at all the care is very bad the leave her soiled clothes in the bottom of her wardrobe not even bagged up her room stank she need a bed pan and was told to wait to after lunch so she waited over 30 minutes she is in a lot of pain and needed pain relief and kept pressing buzzer but they take no notice and I find the nurse very rude plus we had to get a district nurse in because they seem not to be able to fit a catheter properly and it was by passing all the time leaving her bed soaked with urine and she was left to lay in it for a long all I can say is I hope one of there relatives don't get treated like it and then they will know how we feel
I have worked at Solent Grange since 2005 and have loved it. The clients and the staff are amazing they really make it worthwhile. Such a homely friendly family environment. I love it so much that my mum and my sister works at the home aswell. its a good big happy family for all the clients, staff and clients families, we welcome you all.
