Every time I’m there, I feel good and very well taken care of - this time Lira helped me. Rino, Tony & Eric in the past - all great. This time and I don’t know the tech’s name, but it was something that required extra digging to figure out what the problem was. The service tech found it - the engine mounts/drive train area - and car feels great now. Thanks Gang! AB

I looked at the low rating here on google and was sceptical in giving them a call. I'm glad I did. I worked with Etan and Jose and got the best deal possible, better than 4 brokers I spoke to before them. From the time I first called in, to driving off the lot in my sweet new Terrain, took me less than 2 hours. They are knowledgable, helpful and accommodating, couldn't be more satisfied with their service. These old bad reviews dont deserve to be here, I bought quite a few cars in my life, and this one was by far the quickest, and most seamless transaction ever. I highly recommend them, dont be fooled by these old reviews, give them a try, you won't regret it.

Because I have a 2005 Denali that is obviously no longer under warranty, I have been shopping around to have work done at different mechanics and ended up returning to Casa de Cadillac because overall, I think I'm actually spending less with things being done properly and the discounts they ended up giving me. The manager, Erica said she would work with me because this vehicle is for my non-profit Pet Rescue charity I've had over 30 years and I look forward to communicating more with her as I am starting to need to get quite a bit of work done on this vehicle. I appreciate Casa De Cadillac's willingness to work with me and their consistent high standards

The experience I had with your dealership was nothing short of Fantastic. Everyone was very courteous, friendly, and professional. I would like to give a special thanks to Lira Angel for her excellent customer service. She stayed in regular contact with me, and updated me on the status of my vehicle. I also appreciated the fact that Lira showed genuine concern for me as a person. I had Shoulder surgery while my car was being repaired. Lira remembered this, and was nice enough to ask me about my surgery when I came to pickup my car.
