My advice to anyone who wants to purchase anything in Argos,don't,they refuse to take back and refund your payment if the product is faulty.So if you pay online and go to click and collect they illigally take your money on line and you will not get a refund.Discraceful way of treating customer's.Use Amazon instead.

Very unhelpful even though I was the only one there so she wasn't busy she just wanted rid of me and made it very very rudely obvious I had mask on and gloves but still she did not want to help in any way whatsoever!!!!!!!

Went in to buy gold nose stud - did not have any - but what was disappointing was how rude the lady at the Jewellery Counter was, from the start of the conversation to the end although there was no end because she walked off. I left the shop but had to go back to complain because the service was so bad!!!

Atrocious bully of a manager bringing Argos into disrepute and refusing to comply with consumer protection laws. Had a few problems with this same jerk of a manager in the past. The staff are terrified dealing with the chump. Latest incident we bought a kiddies rocket, great item but made of polystyrene and obviously broke on first use. It goes up it comes down its hardly rocket science. manager accused us of lying and said it was broken through abuse. We shall now be making an official complaint to Argos head office about this bully and also trading standards and if required the small claims court. We will also be boycotting Argos after 20yrs of shopping there because they honour their obligations, or used to. Another great British brand going to the dogs.
