I called in to schedule my appointment. I requested an oil change and to have my brakes looked at. I came in and there was an issue with the service guy knowing how to use the tablet and then when a different service guy took over he said \oil change and tire rotation?\ I said I never discussed a tire rotation with the scheduler but did want to have my brakes looked at because something is not right with them and I definitely wanted a quote which I also stated while making the appointment. Not a good start to the appointment with what felt like a disconnect. I went to the waiting room and then was approached about filters. The service guy had only 1 filter in hand and said I needed to have 2 but only showed one. I said no to the filters. He came back a few minutes later and said your all set and just flippantly said my brakes are fine with no quote. I later found out that the brake pads are fine which means not only was the car not driven to feel the issue with the brakes but the rotors were not inspected either. And without a quote I guess I will be going elsewhere.

THE BEST CAR DEALERSHIP that I have bought my car. Customer service was one of the best and staff was very friendly and helpful throughout the process of purchasing my car. Car was the way they described it as, no damages or any issues. I bought it summer of 2020, and I have been to 8 different car dealerships and Fox Valley was \Apple Inc.\ of car dealerships. They go above and beyond so you get a car that you are looking for without any bs fees or extra costs that adds up. From my experience other dealerships get frustrated/angry when you try to negotiate the price but with Fox Valley staff, they are very understanding and willing to help you out in anyway possible. Alex Katselis was very helpful with finances, Mike Manisco is the sales consultant who helped me (totally recommend him), and want to thank Frank Burtnaru for managing these great employees. You guys are the BEST!!
I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Fox Valley Buick GMC. Being in the legal field, I am highly skeptical and often guarded but my transaction at Fox Valley was amazing. Frank, the GM, made sure that I was fit with the perfect car for me, not the car sale that was best for the dealership, the car that was best for me. Our discussions were frank (no pun intended) and transparent. I told him what I needed and he listened. I could not be happier with the Buick Encore that I picked out! Alex in finance walked me through the financing step and by step, and ensured that I received the lowest possible interest rate. He was available to answer all my questions, and again, very transparent about the entire transaction. Transparency, good humor, and responsiveness are not what usually come to mind when you think of car dealerships, but this is what I found here at Fox Valley Buick GMC. I am glad I decided to \stop in\.
My salesperson Scott Frank did an excellent job! He answered every question, even before I asked it! He made sure I understood every aspect of the deal. The transaction could not have been more seamless through every step of the way, thanks to the entire team.
I have never met a more honest staff at any dealership. Frank butnaru is the best. I went in to GMC to sell a vehicle that was my grandfathers. Frank guided me in making sure I took all the right steps before selling the vehicle. He told me to make sure I canceled all of the warranties and maintenance programs so that I was properly reimbursed, since the vehicle was not yet paid off. I also spoke to members of the finance team. I was blown away by the whole teams honesty and caring mentality towards me and my family, who were not even customers yet. They care for people and we’re the only dealership I have come across to tell me the full truth.
