I have had an amazing experience today! I was in the pool for hours! Staff were really friendly and I don’t know if it was for Christmas, but all of the staff were pushing each other into the pool. They looked like they were having an amazing time! That made my day. The Reason for my visit was to go on the inflatables, but they didn’t seem to set them up even though on there timetable it said inflatables from 2:30pm onwards. I had an amazing time though, definitely will be visiting again!

Just been swimming on a Saturday. The pool was quite busy but there were only two guards on duty. Both sitting together at the deep end, one on his phone. Heaven knows what would have happened if there had been an accident. The changing rooms are filthy. The pool is disgusting. This is also the most expensive pool in the area. Don't come here go to Sidcup.

The old 33 metre (actually 39 yard) pool is open again. Last chance to swim in a decent length pool before they replace it with another wretched 25 metre effort.

From day one of swimming lessons that my son had there was a problem after a problem. The very first day the teacher who was supposed to teach left and they did not have a replacement. Couple of times the lessons were cancelled and we only learnt about it on arrival. One teacher ( Michael) seemed committed in the beginning but definitely lost his commitment very soon and started missing the lessons. My son poorly progressed as every cancelled lesson meant no new Skills learnt. One time i noticed all kids were shivering with blue lips, when asked the teacher told me the water was freezing due to a broken boiler. The next day my son had a running nose and started to cough. When i tried to complain to the centre i was told the boiler was not broken which i truly believe was a big lie! Reception staff are absolutely useless, they have no clue what is happening in the centre, not all of them can even make a payment refund. One reception lady was even once in tears and admitted she did not know a lot of information when one client was asking her to cancel direct debit - which i personally witnessed. Any attempt to talk to higher than a reception staff was literally unsuccessful, the emails I was given Never got responded to. The latest was the email of Rob Hutton. Today was the last drop- I arrived with two kids to be told by other mums that there was no teacher! It was unbelievably ridiculous to learn that apparently the teacher was in the building but they could not find him! Please save yourself time and money! It is the most frustrating experience I have had in a long time!
