Had a set time for 7.15. Arrived at 7.10. Had to wait till 8pm for our food which was also missing an item. Don't mind waiting but then don't be strict on our collection time policy when you can not fulfil it. Didn't seem very organised inside. There was a period of around 20 mins where around 10 people where waiting all with different time slots, yet no food was coming from the kitchen. Food as always lovely

The quality of food was really good. However, we expected more attention for hygienic issues such as cutlery and glasses. We had to ask for disposable stuff, the assistant claimed that they don't have, we then asked another assistant and she brought us some! Guys, make sure that your staff members to be honest and train them on customer service, and always have sufficient disposable stuff in stock, especially at this period of time.
