I trained here a few summers ago for a few months before I had my injury (not related to MMA) Each class I got a great workout, learned something new, and had a great time. Great group of people instructors and students alike. A very clean, relaxed and welcoming environment.

Pic shows what you’re in for. And this was a technical day(tues and thurs) not even cardio day (mon and wed). Expect to learn from kind and knowledgeable instructors who will push you to your best
I have been attending the female jiu jitsu classes since the beginning of this year and I am really enjoying it. The instructors are wonderful. The instructor in my group is very patient, kind and encouraging. The staff and members are all very welcoming and supportive. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who enjoys or has an interest in martial arts.
Great place to train. Best instructors in the city. Small space but the student and the general gym vibe definitely make up for it. Also CARLSON GRACIE TEAM so that's super awesome!!
I’ve been enjoying the women’s only classes for about a month and find that the Instructors are very approachable and friendly. If you are looking to learn in a supportive and welcoming environment then I would highly recommend this club.
Well located gym, flexible schedule and variety of disciplines. Highly recommend
So many incredible teachers. I have acquired unbelievable confidence, fitness, and so many new friends. Its a casual, friendly environment where you never feel overlooked or unimportant, no matter what belt you wear. Jiu Jitsu and Queen West MMA changed my life. I've never been more fit, or happy. OSS!
Stellar , clean condition. Students are very polite and instructors are decorated with professional experience and wins . Muay Thai classes are tough and fun
