don’t get your nails done if you want them to last less than a hour, came off while washing my hands, they denied a refund the first time, took at least 30 minutes to get a refund wouldn’t recommend the gel extension nails, the nail even popped off when she was doing it. but the women who did my nails was nice it wasn’t all her fault.

Terrible service yet again. Having used this pharmacy for several years due to convenience, and having turned a blind eye so many times to rude, ignorant and lazy staff inside the pharmacy, I will not be using them again. There is only one member of staff that is genuinely helpful, the younger lady. The rest are rude and drag their feet as long as they possibly can before serving and are in no rush at all! Especially the taller female. Even the female pharmacist looked as if she really did not want to be there and could not be bothered and it was too much effort for her. I know of several people who have exactly the same view and some have already complained but nothing seems to change. Shame as Superdrug store will also lose custom due to this problem.
Pharmacy is great. Far better than boots. They haven't let me down once whereas boots at the spires got my prescription wrong every time and took days to do it
Hi all, just letting you know to check your Superdrug receipt. I noticed (at home) an overcharge on 'buy one get one free' products, ie, one was not free.
