To be honest. I only come here for the boneless hainanese chicken. They are so delicious. The rice wasn't as oily as before and the service level has dropped a little bit over the years, but the tasty hainanese chicken is one of the best in Vancouver.

Their Hainanese chicken rice is soso. Not bad but nothing outstanding. I have had better in Vancouver. For the price, the portion is definitely small. Half a chicken (comes with rice) is not enough for 2 people so if you want to be full, you might need to order a whole chicken for 2. Service could surely be improved.
I'm not sure about the experiences of the other reviewers but I've ordered their hainanese chicken on a couple of occasions and it's really become the go to place for me and my family for hainanese chicken. Good portions, reasonably priced and really delicious. A very modest store but the owners are very nice. Highly recommend to try if you're a fan of hainanese chicken
I accidentally ended up here as I was headed for pho next door. Decided that I really should give this place a try. It’s never as busy and offers many things I typically enjoy. But, I was somewhat disappointed. Food was OK. Service friendly. Prices high given the moderate quality of food.
Enjoyed the meal tremendously! Greens, beef curry, and their famous hainan boneless chicken. The beans few slightly spicy, and seasoned nicely, slight spicy, the curry and chicken few excellent! My only criticism was the fragrant rice was slightly weak, I think it could have been more flavourful. I would definitely come back
