Just moved here recently. The neighborhood seems so quiet and wonderful. The front office staff has been so great, very accommodating, and the property is beautiful.. Thankyou so much to Lynette for helping us find our perfect new home! My family loves it here and we look forward to many years to come. Perfect environment to raise a family..thankyou so much Riverwoods!

I have been a resident here over 27 years and have had nothing but excellent experience here. I have had great experience with the entire maintenance team as well as the New Management in the office. Lynnete, Orissa, and Nyasia have been amazing with great Customer Service and constantly communicating with the residents through Covid. The community is always is always clean as Carl does an excellent job cleaning every day! The new management has done a wonderful job with cleaning up the community by moving out people that disturb the community. I really appreciate the new team and I can't wait to stay 27 additional years!
The leasing office is not helpful. The conversations had with the leasing office employees go no where. If you have a concern, they don't address the issue. They get defensive and falsely start \quoting\ the lease. They are rude and dismissive and the issues remain unsolved. There is trash everywhere and the leasing office does nothing. There is only 1 working maintenence person that actually works, the others just stand around. The property is not well kept.
They are refusing to do any maintenance. The one time they did come to fix a leak, they walked in while my wife was at home alone in the shower. And no they didn't leave when they heard the shower going, so my wife was traumatized walking out of the shower to a stranger man in her kitchen. Never even offered an apology and its been about a year now.
