Horrible office staff They have no clue what is going on in the office Husband went filled out form but it on counter and nobody took it for over 20 mins He had to go up and tell them it was there

There’s a reason there are so many bad reviews for this office. Dr. Natows staff is extremely unprofessional and disgusting. The second we walked into the office we were not spoken to in a friendly manner at all. The women behind the desk have no empathy for anyone who comes into the office. I watched them treat others this way as well. I’ve never been treated like this at any professional office and I would not recommend coming here.

I worked for their office and when i tell you that Stephanie is by far the worst women i think i have meet as a office manager! She is worse then the girls working there she is all about drama and very two faced. I quit and was never paid on time!

I went to Dr Natow for most of my teenage years to help with my acne. He is a great doctor, extremely knowledgeable and always on time. The office is state of the art with brand new equipment. I highly recommend this office for any skin care problems you might be facing as they really treat their patients well.
