This place is a hidden treasure, although not so hidden since it's very much frequented by locals. Place is always full, but not full in the sense that there's a line around the block. I mean it strikes a perfect balance of waiting no more than five minutes for a table. This either shows that they're very efficient at their job. If you ever observe them at work, you will notice that no movement is wasted and the whole restaurant runs with the precision of a Swiss mechanic watch. Food is amazing here, I believe they stick to simplicity, which is the highest form of culinary art form because to make the perfect squid, and sweet chili sauce, and slicing by hand the thinnest ribbons of ginger, takes skills and patience. I love their minced pork rice. This thing could easily win a competition or at least get top three spots. They also sell their minced pork sauce in vacuumed pouches, so do ask, they usually run out. Check out their seasonal dishes, like cool bamboo shoots during the summer. Their shark slices, pork slices, I mean the menu is simple but everything, i mean everything is good.
